We are a free national service that provides independent information and legal advice to support Australian Defence Force personnel and veterans, as well as their families, carers and supporters, to safely share their experiences with the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide.

HEART HEALTH PROGRAM
The Heart Health Program aims to increase your physical health, fitness, and wellbeing by providing practical exercise resources, nutritional advice, and healthy lifestyle coaching for 12 months. The program is free and open to all veterans and peacekeepers with operational service and those covered under the ADF firefighter scheme who have not previously participated in the program.
